They should enable multi zombie push but have the option of extremely limited multi-hit as well. Spears can most definitely multi-hit, but it is extremely rare even then. Multi-hit should be situational/weapon dependant. Stat dependant on too of weapon dependant makes more sense and provides more incentive besides “I can use this weapon on one enemy better”.
