May 9, 2018 · I tried to use a different PC, same problem happens, can't send any emails from this one account, all other hotmail/email accounts work fine on all my equipment. Therefore the problem is specific to THIS ACCOUNT ONLY. The account is still able to receive emails fine, but it gets stuck on 'sending' each time I try to send an email.
