Eleonora's Poleblade for pure Arcane build? Is this weapon viable for this kind of build? I know it scales better with dex, especially when upgraded, but I really like the weapon art, and it has really good blood build up. Would my damage be too low if I only had the minimum dex to wield the weapon and dumped everything else into arcane?

Use the moveset you prefer. But 2 twinblades is IMO an awful moveset, and only ever used for the jump attack, which is terrible for building status (only reason people use 2 twinblades for).
